The Security Newsletter was a hand-curated weekly digest of information security news, policy and technology. Every issue was written and sent by Dieter Van der Stock, first from Antwerp, Belgium and later from the Netherlands. It ran from 2 December 2016 to 19 February 2026: 306 issues and 3,452 curated links.

Status

The newsletter is paused. Signups are closed for now and no new issues are being sent. The full archive stays online and searchable here so the links keep working.
